Its quiet location, at two kilometers from the historical centre of Bruges, with private parking space and free use of bicycles, make it an ideal location to visit Bruges, its surroundings or the Belgian coast.

Arrival Welcome

Upon arrival you can use our private free parking space for your car. Bicycles can be left in our garage. After a short tour through our house, you can enjoy the famous local beer ´Brugse Zot´, which we offer you as a welcome drink.

Should you wish to surf on your own laptop, tablet or mobile, just ask our own WIFI code.

Bicycles and cycling maps are also at your disposal for free.

Guestroom

The guestroom is on the highest floor and consists of a bedroom and a private bathroom.

In the bedroom you will find a double bed, a small table and a typical wardrobe for your clothes. In the evening you can enjoy watching TV from the sofa.

The private bathroom is fully equipped with all necessary commodities and from the window you can spot one of the towers of Bruges.

Breakfast room

We are happy to offer you an extensive buffet breakfast in the authentic breakfast room, at the ground floor.

Breakfast is served from 8-10 am, but other arrangements can be made.

Free coffee or tea is available around the clock in the breakfast room.

Information brochures and leaflets with sightseeing tips, such as the ´Bruges city-guide´ can also be consulted there.

A large and varied buffet breakfast is served.

There is a safe public underground carpark immediately opposite (parking Centrum-Zand).

The 'KOETSHUIS' Bed and Breakfast Bruges is an authentic coach-house in the garden of an old mansion, in which the hostess and the host, both psychologists, have their practice. It is situated in a quiet street in the historical centre of Bruges, at walking distance from the station and the Market Square.
