Standard booking :
- Until 15 days before day of arrival : no costs;
- Reservations cancelled or modified later, no-show or curtailment of the stay will result in 100% of the total stay being withheld;
- Exception : Until 7 days before arrival reschedule of the dates is possible in case of illness or Force majeure;
FLEX-rate booking:
Reservation can be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

Cancellation fee is equal to cost of 100.00 percent of total stay booked. This rate is not refundable and not changeable. A non refundable deposit at the time of booking is required for this rate. Required deposit is equal to cost of 100.00 percent of total stay booked. Nevertheless until 7 days before arrival reschedule of the dates is possible in case of illness or Force majeure
