Policy for the non-refundable rate
No cancellation or modification can be made after booking. Upon booking, the client accepts to be charged immediately for the full amount of the stay.
The amount due is not refundable if the booking is cancelled. Modification of the date is not possible.
Policy for the flexible rate
- Cancellation 4 days prior to arrival date; no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 3 days or less prior to arrival date; 100% cancellation fee on the total amount of the booking.
- Reservations made within 3 days prior to arrival cannot be cancelled; 100% cancellation fee on the total amount of the booking.
- Early departure: 100% cancellation fee on the total amount of the booking.
- 3 days prior to arrival, the total room cost will be charged to your credit card.
The selected rate conditions will apply regardless of Covid-19. Because of the uncertainty brought by Covid-19, we recommend that you book the flexible rate which allows you to cancel without cancellation fee until 4 days prior to arrival.
Your safety and wellbeing are of paramount importance to us. Therefore, some services may be adjusted in line with government guidelines.
