Below are the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown are to be paid by you.
Cancellations can only be made by letter, fax or e-mail (not by telephone).
Our cancellation conditions:
Because of Covid19 we have temporarily changed our cancellation policy and you can cancel free of charge until the day before your arrival. If you cancel on the day of arrival, you will have to pay the full amount if you cannot prove that you are infected or in quarantine.
From September 2021 onwards, the following cancellation conditions will again apply:
Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival: no fee.
Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival date: 100% of the total booking will be withheld.
Reservations made within 7 days of the arrival date cannot be cancelled (100% of the total booking will be retained).
